I saw myself in Smeagol of Lord of the Rings

I sat down today and watched all 3 Lord of the Rings...and saw myself in Smeagol. I am a smoker now for 14 years. I can admit that I have acted like the ugly, little critter called Smeagol...always wanting his precious ring. Everytime I saw him promise he wouldn't hurt master ...I related it to my nasty cigarettes. I have even chewed people out if they even asked me fore one. Now that is RIDICULOUS...I am so embarrassed by that. I have slowed down in the last couple of weeks but it's very hard. All I can say I will continu to try to just quit. What do I do kick this habit?

Oh, I love Smeagol since I've been trying to copy his voice eversince!LoL As for smoking, I've quit and stopped now for 4 months and was happy not to smoke nor inhale any. All you have to do is to think of those worse effects of smoking, take a look at those victims and those suffer from smoking side-effects. Stare at the picture, like the effects of 'emphysema' and the cancer-related diseases caused by too much smoking!:) If that doesn't work, simply look at you loved ones and the pain they'll feel if you don't stop smoking!;)
