Thats for the tips. I have done alot of research on my own about what w need to ingect in order to have good skin and maintain youthfulness. So far I have discovered that apparently Silica is an important part of what our skin uses to make collegen and that it is not in many food so I have been taking a high potency multi-vitamin and mineral pill that includes it.
