As one gets older one tends to overlook some things either due to tim constraint or simple negligence. Do you as aperson still wash your teeth at night before you go to bed?

i brush my teeth after eating main meals(breakfast, lunch, dinner)so that's 3x a day. it's been my habit ever since i can remember. i sleep late and can't wait till what hour i'd sleep before brushing my teeth.

yup. as much as possible i brush my teeth every night before going to bed. and also, after i brush my teeth, i make it a point not to eat anymore after brushing my teeth. ^__^ the only times that i fail to brush my teeth before going to bed are those times i come home from a party and im too drunk to clean myself. LOL i would just change clothes and go straight to bed during those times. but that seldom happens. ^__^ brushing before bedtime is important to me. that improves my breath at mornings. LOL

yes to prevent tartar to develop on my teeth. Chemicals from the food we eat will still remain on our teeth thus cause bad odor in our breath as we wake up. Therefore, it is a must that we will wash it before sleeping.

Intresting. But even after washing your teeth and close your mouth as in sleeping the tendency of having a bad odour is still there.

Hi davido. I try to wash my teeth after every meal. It is not always possible of course. But The most important for me is to wash my teeth before sleep. It's because I have heard from my dentist that it is the most important thing to keep teeth healthy. In the night microbes has 'green light' and a lot of time to attack our teeth. So it is good to wash teeth after every meal. But it is enough to wash them twice a day, in the morning and after the last meal before going to bed. have a nice day. jazgottt
