I'm usually in bed between 10 and 11 PM and either sit with the laptop and write for a bit or read a book. I tend to have difficulty sleeping and both of those things help me to relax.

I'm working in a webmaster staffing company here in the Philippines and most of our clients are from the US. So we have our duty on night time so we can have the same working period with our clients. My job starts at 9 PM and ends at 6 AM..when I got home I will have my breakfast (or you can call it dinner, too..^^)... and I would usually go to bed around 10 or 11 AM...^^

I usually get to bed about 10pm ish and I'm usually asleep before 11. I also get up at 6.30am for work. Recently though, I haven't been very well and I've been off work and I am suffering from serious insomnia. I'm up until 2/3 o'clock in the morning and I'm up at 4/5!!! All the doctor's keep doing is giving me anti-depressants, which to be honest, I think are making me worse!
Hopefully, I'll return to a normal routine soon, this lack of sleep is doing my head in!

I usually go to bed between 12 and 3 am. I have insomnia, plus an infant I'm nursing, so my sleep is sporadic at best. I've tried different things to help me sleep and not a lot has helped. I come from a family of insomniacs (both my parents, and brothers are all late nighters), makes me wonder if it is an inherited trait, or a example of a learned behaviour growing up (although we had a set bedtime).
I do a lot of my online "stuff" at night.

Hi Lifeless, I know to be a night owl is not good for our health. But it is quite difficult for me to go to bed before 12 am, as I find that around this time it is best for me to do my leisure reading or mylotting. Normally late in the night here the weather is cooling and the environment is peaceful and it is just nice for me to spend my leisure instead of sleeping. Normally after taking a cup of hot green tea I then go to bed straight away at about 1:15am. But sometimes even later than that very much ...

I usually go to sleep at 12 to 12.30am. Sometimes, I would stay out late around 2 to 3am if the next day is weekend.

i go to the bathroom everynight before i go to bed i guess it's just if i have to pee it takes longer to fall asleep. i'm not sure why lol...i always go to sleep anywhere between 9-10. i have to get up at 5:15 to get the man up for work and i have a 7 month old baby that always keeps me going so as soon as i have the chance to get some sleep i do.

Normally I go to bed around 10 o'clock,it is said that it is better to sleep not too late, our livers work during later night, if we are still wake up, it is not good for metabolizing, especiall to women. Before sleeping, I would like reading some magazine. It makes me very easy to fall sleep.

I usually go to sleep between 11 and 11:30 PM. I usually read or watch a movie or documentary before I go to bed.

I have a very weird body clock. I usually stay awake the whole night and feel like retiring at around 4 o'clock in the morning. I know this is not healthy but what can I do? I am really like this. I do feel this so weak every morning and I usually start my day after lunch. What I mean is I am so alive and awake after lunchtime and until dawn. I have actually tried changing my body clock but I just can't. Every time I do have a daytime shift, I feel so sleepy. With only some cups of coffee to keep me standing, lol.

I usually go to bed at 11-12 in school. But when I'm at home,I often sleep early at 9:30 and get up early in the morning. In other words,I keep early hours.
Before I'm going to sleep,I often drink some milk and listen to some light music to relax myslef completely so that I can go to my dreams easily.
