Hello there. I am a very emotional person. I will cry it out. I will also pray very hard about it. Then I will go for a run or a swim to sweat it out. Usually, I will not be able to sleep it off. I am someone who likes to think a lot. Usually, when I have problems, I have difficulty sleeping. I usually cry myself to sleep.
Crying, running, swimming and praying help to make me feel better and happier.

hi bandoy... tried to bang my head on the wall when i was younger, didnt help dull the pain of problems... just gave me another problem... a headache:p LOL... well, as they say, endorphines are released through exercise... people who exercises tend to be happier thann those who are not physically active.... mine too, but when it's really overwhelming, my coping mechanism kicks in and make me want to sleep all day long...except of course, if my adrenaline doesnt pump first.... when it does, it would be a long, long night..

crying sure takes alot out of you. but afterwards there's that light feeling, of peace. running and swimming? it would be easier to just bang your head on the wall. hehe just a joke. but doing things, esp strenous ones can relieve the heavy feeling. and there's always prayer, it shouldn't be the last resort, don't you agree?
i also like to think alot, and deep i might add. i can't even force myself to sleep because my mind's just exploding with thoughts.

hi... all the above... and of course, pray. sometimes, just take a break... like go and visit some relatives in other places... have a break, have a kitkat...LOL
