stopped short

being hypertensive sure takes alot out of you. esp when you're doing activities that involve physical strength like sports. you just get in the game and get stopped short because you can't breath or you're getting dizzy.

Well for hypertension or BP, medicines are not solution. Do Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle hypertension.

I understand, not you so just have an idea. What I do is try to be creative. Have you considered trying a handcycle; this may be easier than any other bicycle. Swimming may be a consideration because you can use varied strokes. Fast walking for different distances may be something you could try. Right now I'm looking for a handcycle. Rolling with the punches isn't a lot of exercise for me because I use a powerchair. I hope you do well and find what you are seaking. vpbanjo dogllar.com

Hi bandoy, can't relate regarding hypertensive... coz i have normal blood pressure... but i believe, whether high blood or normal, it's pretty norm to feel dizzy and out of breath when engaging in strenous activities... and boy, do i miss swimming
