Few sign of BL
-Arms crossed on chest sign of Defensiveness
-Biting nails sign of Insecurity, nervousness
-Brisk, erect walk sign of Confidence
-Tapping or drumming fingers sign of Impatience
-Tilted head sign of Interest
-Touching, slightly rubbing nose sign of Rejection, doubt, lying
Add more BL that you know

What about the simple ones like a smile means happy and a frown means sad?

You know, smiles means a lot. It depends on how did you smile, some looks natural, some look compulsion.
Smile did not just mean happy, it could be sign of mocking, emotional touched

You can appear confident by having your shoulders back, walking tall and giving eye contact.
Looking down when someone is talking to you looks like you have something to hide.
Standing higher than someone is a sign of power as shrinking lower or sitting while they're standing is a sign of vulnerability.

Thumbs up is OK or sign of approval.
Rolling of eyes is sign of annoyance.
Tilting of eyebrows is sign of doubt.

I just remember what I think is common signs of lie.
-His/her physical expression is stiff, with few arm and hand movements.
-He/she will avoid making eye contact.
-He/she will make some unnecessary reaction like hands touching their face, throat & mouth. Touching or scratching the nose or behind their ear. Not likely to touch his chest/heart with an open hand.
