San Diego Fires, Southern California Fires

I have a gf who lives in Southern Cali but I dont think she's been evacuated...she's in North Hollywood so I think she's out of range (hopefully) I'll have to call her this weekend...I need to call her anyway so ya I'll find out whats up then hopefully.... I feel bad for all the ppl who've had to flee too and it seems like this happens every yr too ya know..

I feel sad for the person who lost their life already. I hope there will not be any more people hurt or killed. I was just talking to my coordinator earlier and he said his brother lived in an area where they were evacuating, in San Diego, but the brother refused to evacuate, because he said if they all leave, it will take longer for them to reopen the roads. It turned out ok for him because the fires skirted around the area where he was....so he is still in his house and ok, but he has a lot of dust to clean up now. They need to do something to stop these from happening every year!
