I wanted to be both. I wanted to know the in and out of this business so, I need to be a broker first.

NO I'm a Farmer in canada, but I recently bought a house in South Texas USA. we live there in the winter. The agent was a local person who lived nearby, and she was very helpful. We had to change our currency from Canadian Dollars to American. THis took some time but she was very relaxed about it, and allowed us to move in before the cheque was cashed.
