Softdrinks are full of sweeteners that usually contribute to obesity. People should avoid on too much sugar liquid such as softdrinks which usually ontribute to the diabetes. There is now a rising health awareness on the benefits of fruit juices, particularly the fresher juice. Most of the fruits contain healthy and nutritional vitamins and minerals which are good for body processes and prevention of most diseases in the body. Likewise, fresh fruit juices contain several properties against cancer, anti-aging, and anti-hypertension, anti-diarrheal and other health benefits. Generally, fruit juice is often regarded as a healthy choice as it contains Vitamin C. However one small glass (125 ml) of most juices provides a child’s daily requirement for Vitamin C. More than this provides excess sugar and kilojoules that can contribute to weight gain. A piece of fruit is a better choice than juice as it provides fibre. Regular soft drinks, cordials, sports drinks and flavoured mineral waters can contain large amounts of sugar and kilojoules. These drinks are not a necessary part of a healthy diet and should only be consumed occasionally – not everyday.

well, i think it is time now to shift to fresh fruit juices for detoxification which may help you trim down your body. there's no harm in trying taking liquefied fresh fruits. your digestive system would be cleansed, toxins will be removed, your body system will be energized.

Soft drinks and my drink of choice is Diet Coke. Juices make my stomach hurt...there is too much acid in them.
