Drink more water!

I drink a lot of water too. More than 10 glasses per day. I usually start the day drinking 2 glassess 30 minutes before breakfast and another 2 glasses before i go to sleep. You can feel the difference if you drink less

Drinking water is good for us,but controling quantities is very important ,I believe you can do it well.Can you speak Chinese?Have interest?

Water is good but should be filtered. Also if you drink too much, like I did, you could flush out your electrolytes and get very sick. I was drinking 90 ounces a day and I didn't realize I was actually hurting myself. I lost all my potassium and magnesium and had a terrible heart episode. I am now on potassium supplements and limited to 40 ounces a day. More if it is very hot out or I exert tons of energy but never as much as I was drinking.
But water is important and should replace soda.
