How often do you throw the rubbish bag?everyday?

In the past, according to my observation, I found alomst of my classmates didn't dump the rubbish everyday. Usually we didn't throw the bag until the garbage had fulfilled the bag.so long before, we picked the bag to the dump every 2 or 3 days.
But I know even that's a way of saving the bags, actually it's not a good habit.Maybe that's a reason why the mice like to visit our room.This week, our college carried out a policy that every dormitory must clean its garbage bag before 8:00AM.
That's all because our college and we are facing the evaluation from our Ministry of Education of China.
Maybe someone may find it's rediculous,I think it's good for us.Therefore, our dormmates went to buy the bags together.
Now, I find my room is more beautiful, and the air is fresher.
So, how often do you throw away your garbage bags?

In our community the garbage collector has a twice a week collection. It is every tuesday and friday. Right now, it is compulsary to recycle. To separate the recyclable materials from the residual wastes. :) Solid waste management is strongly advocated here in the Philippines. :)

I throw out my bag when it's full. I keep it in a plastic bin with a lid so I don't have any problems with bad smells or mice.
I think having rules like that for students is a very good idea - I know that when I was at university a lot of students would let the rubbish build up in their rooms to the extent that it could pose a health hazard - making them clear it out would be a good idea.
Do you have to take your bag out every day now?
