Blue eye babies

Someone told me that all babies have blue eyes....... i dont mean to be gulliable but is it true??? im talking about the new born.. when there almost developed.. i still dont believe it.. haha

Yeah its strange but true! All three of mine where born with blue eyes but rapidly changed to brown. When my first was born i was really surprised as both his dad and i have very dark brown eyes. I mentioned it and there i was told that their all born blue eyed, don't know why though, think i'll look into that now you've sparked my curiousity again.

Really? even asian babies? yeah it is pretty strange.. and hard to believe.. haha

yup, apparently it's true, even asian babies are born with blue eyes because at time of birth they haven't began to produce melanin in their iris. Once they do this is when their true eye colour begins to develope. Thats solved that mystery lol

Nope...that's not true in our case...Asian babies (of Asian parents) all have brown eyes when they're born. I've seen them. ;-D

yes its true most babies do have blue eyes when they are born but they do change for the firs few years. My son had blue that turned into green than they had a strange blue brown metalic colour that was almost violet in bright light. Now they are brown.
