Do you think Halloween is an evil holiday?

I myself don't think it is. Halloween is a day that some people celebrate their religions but the majority of the USA take it for a time the kids can get candy, we can dress up in a manor we wouldn't normally and just another reason to PARTY!

I honestly don't think that Hallowe'en is evil either. I just see it as a day for kids to dress up, go get free candy, and have fun! I'm excited about taking my daughter for her first year of trick or treating!

No. Like so many other Christian festivals Halloween (the night before All Hallows Day) has its roots in the ancient pagan cultures of Europe. Wiccans and people like that don't believe in a devil. Halloween is as evil as Easter.

I am glad someone else sees my views as well. I had started an ask me anything about halloween thread on a forum I chat on and one of the first questions was "is halloween the devil's birthday?" Then I got the question "How many animals and virgins are sacrificed on halloween?" I had to laugh. Poor souls are not educated in the matter or not open minded enough to search and find out.
