I'm Finally Back...

Well welcome back Kotter" ha ha just joking! hope you had a nice time on your vacation,its always nice to get back home after vacation...every time i have taken a vacation i come home very tired..Lol..I did recently take off for a week but not by choice.I had to have a total knee replacement UGH, but after a week i was back on Mylot...I had so many e-mail it relly stressed me out and i could not answer them all..I have to keep on top of this or i fall behind and as you know it is hard to catch up...yes i do miss mylot when i am gone.When i was in the hospital i was wondering "what the heck is going on in Mylot? but i found out real quick when i went online..Anyway welcome home.i also enjoy reading your discussions....

Twoey you were gone, I never knew you took a few days off. I was still seeing you arund here. LOL I have tooken a few days off at times just to let new discussions build up and then it is back to the grind stone. I am glad to hear that you got you pc cleaned up that always helps I do that about once a month. Glad that you are back, Hugs! HAPPY HALLOWEEN

No, I don't. I am not really at MyLot all that much. I check my emails from MyLot, read those and decide whether I want to respond or not, but I don't start many discussions. Sometimes I need a break from the computer in general, though. Some days I spend entirely too much time on it. When I feel like this, I will check my emails and stay away pretty much all day. The next day, I feel much better. Too much of a good thing, I guess..lol

I myself don't catch myself here on myLot too often! I stay busy with a lot of projects, and as a matter of fact, I run over here to myLot to take a break, and get away from the other part of the world! And I enjoy communicating with different people, it keeps my mind active! I agree with you sometimes, I too have to stop, what I'm working on, and just catch up on clean up and maintenance, because it feels good to start fresh,every once in a while!

Welcome back. I know what you mean. I will be taking a vacation from Mylot tomorrow. It is my weekly outing to the grocery store, pay bills, treat myself to lunch out,etc. Not much of a vacation but takes me away from my computer. Glad you got so much accomplished yesterday. Welcome back! Back in the summer time when I couldnt get on mylot for over 3 weeks I was very lost . For I missed talkig to my friends and seeing what they had discussed while I was gone. I missed so much and I never did get to get all caught up with it all but mostly I did. took 3 days hard work to try to do that catching up too. as i am off and on the puter thru the day I try to get all done that is in emails before I go do something else around the house. mostly I am onher morning and nights the afternoons I have to do other thiings.

Well its about time you got back here!LOL Just kidding I can certainly understand taking some time from mylot. I hope your refreshed and ready to go.LOL I do miss it whenever Im gone too long from mylot.LOL

I have recently done the same thing. I've been really busy and haven't felt like being on here. Still not fully 'back' but I thought I'd start getting caught up. I haven't made payout though in at least 3 months and am not even half way there yet LOL. So you're doing better than me :) I haven't actually checked out the Dumbledore gay thing. Not that I care if he was gay or not. It doesn't make his character tarnished or weaker if you ask me. It actually explains why considering he loves kids so much that he chose never to have gotten married or had kids of his own. Though I'm sure a lot this sealed the deal for a lot of Christian radicalists on hating Harry Potter even more LOL. I don't really miss mylot though when I'm gone. I think that is because I am still in touch with several of my friends on other sites and email. But it's nice to come back and chat with the rest :)

Well yes and No. Sometimes MyLot just annoys the heck out of me so much that I feel like I need it to go away for a while. So yes, in that sense. However, because unlike most of the people who have friended me, I actually reply to most of my friends posts so I have them set up to email when they update. Then there are people like, you...no offense... who post like 5 - 10 in a usually short period of time (I've a few that I've had 20 new discussions from them in just a half hour) and that just makes me crazy and I don't wanna have to ignore all of them, save all of them up or delete all of them. So I just answer mylot at my leisure with email. and sometimes when I do need a break that's all I do, answer friends discussions... and responses.

Hi twoey, Missed ya! Hope your computer is grateful for its care that you gave it. We all need time away from mylot at some time or other. As long as you can come back refreshed and raring to go, then it was good. I tend to miss it when I don't come to mylot. I like to see what discussions have been started that I can respond to, and see how the people are doing in their everyday lives. I'm not too concerned about making payout, I'll get there someday. I do take vacations now and again. But I never have a planned one. I would love to take a real vacation somewhere, haven't done that before. It is necessary sometimes to just take a break from mylot, I get so behind on my chores around the house, and mylot has to take a back seat. I did make payout FINALLY this month. It's been several months sice I've done that, so that sort of encourages me too :) Welcome back!

All the time. Some days I am very active and then others I really cant be bothered or just want a days break. My friends I have made on mylot are the reasons why I keep coming back.

The only time I take an entire day off is when I am too busy to come on. I really enjoy Mylot. I am an addict. Before, I came to Mylot, I could never get into blogging, now I love it. But, if I were not getting paid at least a little bit, it would totally lose all appeal for me.
