How to change my habit?

I am the worst person to wake up in the morning.. i mean really early!! i just started a new job and i have to wake up at around 5.30am in the morning.. so grumpy and tired.. how can i break my habit.. i go to bed just around 9pm each night.. i dont have time to cook and clean.. when i get home in the arvo i just want to go to bed..

you will adjust oneself my friend don t worry maybe 1 weeks later you can sleep 11 pm and wake up 5 am. but if your job is hard job maybe 2 weeks later adjust oneself just wait and don t leave your job
