would you like to get into one? some of the reasons why they pay people who refer new job seekers are: 1. it's a new thing in the phil, so many are hesitant to apply on their own unless they already have a feedback on how it works. 2. here we are use to day jobs, and not all get use to it, so many come in, many leave. get sleepy on the job. 3. there are so many accounts, like customer care, sales, if one is not happy they resign. 4. movement of people is so fast, bec they have to maintain a goal or standard, and many fall behind. 5. you cannot leave your station, only on break time. but been in this thing for more than 4 years and it is rewarding, more than a day job in the phil.
