My Grandmother is turning 118 this december

My grandmother is turning 118 years old. She is very happy and she is saying that she is just waiting for a calling letter from God..........lol.

Wow! really friend? So far, she is one of the oldest person I heard that is present in our generation. My grandma is already 73 yrs old right now. Anyway, tell your grandma someone said hi and advance happy birthday.

Thanks friend. I will tell her all that though she is kinda losing memory and her legs cant carry her anymore.

If you live in england, she'd have had a letter from the queen 18 years ago. Lol, just remembered it was you who posted about getting older earlier, ask your grandmother if she's any advice on looking younger for me :)

We live in a remote country in Africa. She says that she used to walk for long distances to fetch for food, you know in the old days there we no many cars. Also eating natural foods and keeping active, no smoking and drinking.

Wow if that is really true - I am amazed and you must have some really healthy genes!!! And she must have taken very good care of herself and kept herself busy - I have found that the older you get - you really do need to remain active - it's so much better for you to retain good health.
