My answer is no. Money cannot buy the true opinion of people. As an opinion belongs to people but money can buy the true skills of people. That is why there are employee and employer.
Anyhow, true opinion of people can make money. Selling of ideas or opinions like books, journals, newspapers, bulletins, magazines, cartoons and animations. All begin from opinions and ideas.
