I think the best way is, you have to go to USA Embassy in your country and get full explanation about the procedures, terms and conditions. The visa and the working permit. Talking about your status of decision making for right or wrong, actually we cannot dictate you towards your choice as we can only provide you about our opinion or suggestion. But I cannot give my opinion yet because I don't know your specific reason for wanted to do so. I mean for education, work, or else. Which one is your choice and purpose. What is your specific reason, actually? Thanks, darkeon.

If that so, communicate with USA Embassy by using these contact to save your costs. But make sure you have ready with your 'Chronological & Functional' RESUME. First step, e-mail your intention and don't send your resume yet. Send your resume once you are requested to do so. Employment Phone: 91-587-2226 (Madrid Office) E-mail: amemb@embusa.es http://madrid.usembassy.gov/ Wishing you the best of good luck for now and in future.
