How can I make them see?

Hi guys. If ever you have seen my picture here in mylot I obviously look like a man or a boy as I see myself in the picture. Im actually having a problem explaining to my parents that Im really different in the sense of I'm inside of a woman/girl's body but my heart is for woman and/or girls also which makes me in short of a lesbian. I really wanna seek the advice of all who have experienced total rejection of all the family members after coming out in the open. As much as possible I don't want my mom to be hurt with what I really am. But still I can't hide it from them. Please help me how can I make them understand my situation. I love them very much but I know I'm hurting them with me being like this.

Do you have an LGBT Center in your area? If so, they will have lots of information for both you and your parents. You can look for the center closest to you by going to lgbtcenters.org.
Also, search online to see if you have a local PFLAG group, when your parents are ready that would be a great place for them to go to talk to other parents of LGBT folks and to get support from their peers.
If you don't have either of these resources near you, check out NGLTF.org, they have lots of information including booklets on coming out, helping your parents understand and tons of other good information.

i donot have any experience about it. but may be u will be lesbian for some short time after that u will also become straight.
