I need info. on HPV. can anyone help?

ok,right now i am dealing with mild dysplasia due to HPV.(Human Papilloma virus) yes it can be a std but there are other causes for it and risk factors. but the cells on my cervix are abnormal and i'm being watched to catch them before they become cancerous. HPV is the only known cause for Cervical Cancer and Warts. which from what i understand is pretty much what HPV is just inside. but is it possible for a woman with abnormal cells from HPV to give it to her partner? and for him to have visible warts? anyone with any information at all please let me know. anything you know at all about hpv. thank you
