Taking exercise

As a student ,I often have more time and opportunities to take exercise. I think it is very helpful for our health to take exercise everyday. How often do you take exercise? Think you for your discussion.

It is very healthy that you exercise regularly. Personally, I exercised everyday. I used to wake up early in the morning. I walked and jogged at the same time for at least 30 minutes. Doing this regularly would be of great advantage to your health. Have a nice day!

It depends on my work and other commitments. My job is quite physically demanding most of the time but I like to get to the gym once or twice a week 7 maybe walk into town depending on the weather. This week, I have been 3 times as I had taken a weeks holiday from work.

Hi xiaozi, here in my place, I know lots of students rather indulge in playing computer or online games and never like to spend even half an hour to take exercise regularly. I'm glad that you understand the importance of taking exercise regularly, and are more than willing to take exercise regularly I realize that to have physical exercise regularly is really good for me to keep healthy and fit. Therefore I usually will go for a brisk walk in the morning at the neighborhood. I spend about forty minutes walking in the cold and fresh air three days a week. Besides I have joined my friends doing aerobic exercise for one an hour twice a week in the nearby indoor basket ball court recently. I feel so relaxed and comfortable after sweating a lot Happy posting

Hi there Xiaozi! You're right. It is really important to have exercise everyday even in the small things that we do such as household chores. Although, if we feel that we're really in bad shape, we should have a more intense method of exercising. Like you I'm a student and aside from the treadmill at home, I also get a lot of exercise climbing the stairs to the fourth floor and going back down, going from room-to-room and just moving around.

Being in college, and trying to avoid the typical Freshman Fifteen, I try and go every other day or so. At least three times a week. Sometimes its hard to make time for the gym with everything else going on though.
