I think eBay and Amazon are quite good for selling books. If you wish to build your name as writer and money isn't first think on your mind then you should by domain and make blog or site and promote and sell it there. If you want just money then eBay would be the best, but you also have to promote it. So people would know you selling it. You can use blogger blog with link to eBay for that.
