Have you dreamt of something that you felt it was real?

Last night, before going to sleep, (I was so dead tired) i have been thinking already of what to write. I was thinking of writing something under the paranormal discussion about communications through dreams. But since, I wanted to take a rest from what seemed to be a "heavy" day, i slept before 8. Then, I woke up at around 1AM because I could not breath, hehehe, i realized that I have colds already. So i looked for a vaporizer just to help me with my breathing, then I went back to sleep. In this second sleep, I dreamt of my family being busy. My eldest brother was asking me to help me out with my baby nephew who was clamoring to be washed. So there, in my dream, i was carrying my nephew and washing him off. One of the characters in my dream, was my younger brother. Everybody in that dream was alive except for my younger brother. FYI, my younger brother died 4 years ago because of youth violence and medical negligence (snippets of how he died can be found through this website: http://tuyom.blogspot.com). The setting by the way was in my grandparent's house in South Cotabato. So at the kitchen, as we were supposed to leave, I saw him standing there. He was wearing a shirt that has "For A Better World... but I am hungry right now"... I stopped infront of him, and I asked him if I could hug him. Then we hugged each other, and I asked him not to leave... and then I woke up. In my dream, i felt that the hug was so real. He was so real. The last time I hugged him was 4 years ago, when I was still in Davao. He hugged me tightly, and that was the tightest hug from him that happened to be his very last hug. I woke up at almost 3AM. I could still feel his hug, and it is making me so sad because I know it was something real, but I have to wake up because I wish he was still around, that i wish with my own two eyes I could see him and could actually touch him. Sigh. Did you have dreams like this? Did you have dreams where it also showed you answers to the things that you have been looking for during your conscious moments? What then are these dreams?

Yes, my boyfriend and I were making love, and when I woke up, I was disappointed because I wanted it to be real. I a few other dreams that felt real as well, and I was glad that they were not. One was an "Apocalypse" dream, that's the name my friends and I have for dreams that are about the end of the world. In my "Apocalypse" dream, the world was split in two and I was on the one that had almost no life on it and it was being engulfed by darkness. It scared me for some strange reason.

What is going to come to an end though? I mean there are a lot of things that can come to end, what would come to an end for me?

i am not really an expert, but i guess, you can think of these three thngs: career-related, love-life-related or personality-related stuffs that you would want to end (or you would want to alter).

Ok. The love making part, probably, you have been surpressing the want to make love with him. :) While the end of the world drea, i think, this is more of every individual's subconscious fear... the fear of what if something will end, not necessarily the world, but something that is quite important to you will end, will be hanging on or take it as another phase. :)

I remember I dreamt I was flying from top of the buildings, it was like I am in an animated film. But then I fell so up high, probably lost my power I was shouting out loud. And finally fell to the ground, it really hurt. Because I fell from bed.

Your story is so funny. I wish i could help you out with this, anyways, I am just wondering what you were doing before you went to sleep. I usually have this kind of dreams when I have been physically exhausted. :)

I hope i could give you proper inputs on this. Since you have been dreaming about that since you were in your 20s, I am wondering if the kind of work you're doing right now is the kind of work your heart has been desiring? What were your dreams back then? I guess, it has to do with helping people -- may it making them financially capable or empowering them through literacy or something. :)
