Make a Costume or Buy One?

I am not dressing up for Halloween. We bought my daughter's costume though. Do you plan to make yours or buy it? (For you or for your kids).

I had planned on making my children's costumes this year, however I've become unmotivated in that department and I don't think it's going to happen.

...I have been making our halloween costumes for past 13 years. It is not always cheaper. They always turn out great, even if it is just pulled together.
