Anyone making some money off of being an affiliate?

I was wondering if any one is making money off of marketing affiliate sites or being an affiliate.?I havent really tried yet but was wondering if other people were making money and also what sites you affiliate with and what sites are the best ones to be an affiliate with?Also how do you market them and how do you drive traffic to your site?I have heard of people making money off of being an affiliate and I know about clickbank,commision junction ect.Just havent really started doing it yet as I am kind of new at doing this.Any information would be appreciated.

I set up my own site and drive traffic to it. I also set up a blog that I highlight different affliates through. It works well and I have been getting a good amount of referral's by just answering discussion questions on this site and a few others. I also use clix sense to drive more traffic to my website and blog. I've made some money with my weight loss products
for Hooida and wrinkle creams. They pay very well.

Thats a good affiliate to get into as people like to find ways to lose weight and also get rid of their wrinkles.I will check them out on your blog.DO you make some good sales off of this?I wouldnt mind making around 300.00 a month off of all my sites including affiliate sites and then making working my way up.Oh by the way do you have the link to the site where you posted in a discussion of making money off of movies or videos on your site?I was wanting to look further into that and see when I get my blog up and running to see if that could bring me in some money.Thanks and thanks for responding.

Hi,
I tried a lot of sites by becoming an affiliate but I did not succeed. Only thing I learned is that it is very tough. But, with proper promotion you may succeed. For that you again have to spend money.
