Do you like challenges?

In the morden society,where technology keeps changing at a high speed,more and more challenges arise.there are always a number of of chllenges in your study or work. How do you like challenges around you? Do you like to take a job which is full of challenges or less challenges? As for me,I believe I prefer woking in a company that has more chllenging tasks to do .Cause ,in general,the more chllenging the work are,the great progress you will make.I relly don't want to work for a company which asks me to do the same thing that is completely boring over and over again,even if it can supply me with a higher salary.I want to work in a type of environment where I can make full use of my qualifications and learn more from it so as to ensure that it's good for my future career development.That't turely what i want.
