What do u understand by good personality.....???

I have heard people talking and discussing a lot about good personality....Our teachers always instruct us to be good personalited persons...I myself view a good personality as
-
1) A person who has no oddity in his looks.
2) He/she knows the way of talking and behaving in different situations.
3) He/she is well known for something.
4) He/she has some good leadership qualities
Still I think that my idea is partial...lets see what u think...reply please...i m waiting

To me someone with a good personality would have these traits
- kindness and compassion for others
- big hearted
- openminded and accepting
- a sense of humour
- care and concern for the wellbeing of others
- hard worker but also fun loving
thats just a small list of traits
