Yeah,I guess I do.I am a undergraduate, sometimes I need to work hard with my sdudy.
It is true that working hard is not only a nicety but also a necessity. However,if you keep working or studying for a long time every day with taking a break or doing something to relax yourself, you will feel overworked and exhausted. It not only does harm to your health but also lower the efficiency of your study or work.
Take myself for example ,now I am making a preparation for my BEC Higer test,I always spend several hours on learning the materail related to business.I often go to bed at 1:00 am and get up at around 6:00 am these days,I keep studying it for a long time without any break,as a result,I always can't focus on my study in the daytime and often feel so tired that I want to go to bed to have a rest, lol. You can see that it's really not an efficent method to work and study. So my dear friends, remember that don't keep working or studing all the time, sparing some time to entertain yourself is extremely necessary. What do you think ?

In my last company i feel overworked a lot as any time they told us to do overtime without extra payout and overtime by force not one request. As on my current company i feel that phase of my life as a slave for my company.

I do not think so. If I had overworked, I ould have been tired and would have had a rest for longer time. This is the machanism the body has and hennce there is nothing much lost by working little extra. There are millions of people in the world who do not stick to working hours and work little extra. This does not mean overworked. The working hours is extended and this they do not mind doing because in the heirarchy, they also want to climb the ladder of successs.
As far as youngsters are concerned with all the diversions in the study timelike GF, Cinema, Video, Music, Friends, loafing around etc. they hardly work and if they work little extra, it relly does not harm them, because of their age.
