What problems do staff have when they are under the burden of a heavy workload?

If you were a manager of a company,what do you thinik problems staff member usually have when they are under the burden of a heavy workload? In my point of view,employees are under the burden of a heavy workload,they will feel tired, fatigued and frustrated,as a rusult,they can not work efficiently and even they may choose to leave your company for greener pastures.Meanwhile,their morale will be decreased and your company will make less profits because of this,right?It is really not good for the company development. What's your idea about this question? Hope to know your idea about it !
