How big is the biggest rat you have ever seen ?

I have seen very big rats. I hate them and think they are ugly.I have seen rats as big as rugby ball.

hehe i just saw mouse big as like one bottle of mineral water but i have a pet before a hamster color orange and gray but they are not big only 4inch and i always wash them and their cage everyday:-)
