I know many persons here hobby to eat, he2.. ;p I'm from Indo, with so many ethnic group here ( more than 500 ethnic with each native delicious food), it so difficult to mention all of authentic foods.. As far as I know, no other country except Indonesia has food named 'Gado-gado', it's dish full with cooked mixed vegetables (cabbage, green beans, cucumber, long bean, tomatoes, etc), tofu, sliced eggs, and served with peanut sauce.. sometimes with garlic and sweet soy.. it's so delicious.. hehehe.. My favorite food forever is 'Medicine chicken' I dont know what its exactly, but it is used to treat and mantain our body condition.. It has unique smeel and taste.. with gingger too.. It is not Indo traditional cuisine, but it's my favorite.. :D What about you.. describe here.. ^^ !!
