What would you do if you knew 100% your neighbors were spying on you?

I've been putting up with my neighbors spying on us since Aug. They yell things up to my bedroom when all the lights are out and they know I'm in bed. I've had to call the cops countless times on their non stop parties in Aug through Sept. They have no curtains and are a bunch of teenage girls. I have had to make my bedroom curtains as black as possible so they don't see my bedroom light on when I read my bible before bed. If they do, they yell up things. I've had to change my sleeping habits and everything. our houses are like 12 feet apart, I understand and realize they may have no life... but any suggestions on how to get this to stop would be good. I've ignored it and can't ignore it anymore. It's comforting to know I have a neighborhood watch, but at the same time, they aren't the type I'd like to have watching.

Make a plan of shifting from that place as soon as possible if the police cannot stop them. or find a way to make them move from that place. if it possible build a tall perimeter wall that can block the two house. I really dont like such neighbors at all.

It would have to be a pretty huge wall and that would only make it obvious I don't wish to be spied on. I only have to call the cops a couple more times and then their landlord gets a fine and they have to be evicited, (it's a new law here) but.. it just means they will be even more pissed off and might do something worse.
