what is the best way to live a peaceful life?

I have seen that everybody in this world is leaving with there own tensions,can anyone suggest if there are any ways with which we can make our life a little peaceful.

That's an easy one for me. I never stress over the little things and I try not to let the big things consume me. If all else fails, I jump on my kayack and go fishing where the big boats can't go. I watch the birds, look down at the water, think of how beautiful everything is.
