I like both fast food and homemade food equal - depending on my mood.
I think all things in moderation is healthy. I good greasy cheeseburger once a month shouldn't be horribly wrong.

It all boils down to a matter of choice, I think. Nowadays, fast food restaurants have added many new healthy options. When choosing, be aware of highly caloric additions such as salad dressings, cheese, sour cream, etc. Sometimes, making your choice healthier is as simple as removing the condiments. For example, ask for a grilled chicken sandwich without the mayonnaise. Many restaurants are making progress and offering alternatives like salads with low calorie, fat free dressings, or grilled chicken sandwiches on whole wheat rolls.

Fast food is not good for health, if we go to a Mc Donald's there aren't things good for our health. It's better to eat a sandwich made at home than go to a Mc Donald's.
