I am not a big fan of pills, and so for about the past month I have been searching for ways to put myself to sleep naturally. I have tried everything warm baths in baking soda, stretching, had my back and head rubbed, drank warm milk, scented candles, everything you can think of and even combining them. I have yet to get a good nights rest and it is really effecting my schooling. Is there anyone who also had this same problem and found a good solution? I have to get some sleep. I don't want to go to the doctors because I know he will immediately hand me some pills and I know those too can often cause drowsiness and have a lot of dependency and that is something I can't have. Please someone help me!!!!!

What time do you get up in the morning? Try getting up at sunrise, eat a good breakfast, and go to school. take some fruit for lunch and have plenty of water or hot tea to drink. Come right home after school, and do your home work. Have a Hot meal for dinner around 6 o'clock. Tidy up the dishes, and go for a walk. Walk for about an Hour.
Come home, and do some things around the house until 9 or 10 o'clock. Have a hot bath and go to bed. Do this for 5 days and you will be sleeping like a baby.
