Do you think someone who reads a lot is wiser, even though all he/she reads, are novels? I've been wondering...

i dont think so. maybe someone who reads a lot of literature is wiser, but i dont think that reading novels could make people wiser. if that was real, we could be wiser by watching TV, or moives. they are also many novels. so, do you think watching moives makes people wiser?

Good point of view! I had never thought of it that way... Though you have to admit that a novel broadens your vocabulary as well as your knowledge more than a tv show. I'd rather read a poetry book (not that they're bad, I just find them boring) than watching tv for more than half an hour!!!

hi,friend ,i think if someone read the novels at his/her free time and don't affect the normal life or work. it is not too bad. in the society ,now ,we need more reading .reading makes us wise ,makes us find the good life and senseful life.someone don't go to read ,that is bad to us . more people need to take part in the reading club.let us read.
