What do you do when you feel sleepy at the office?

When I am sleepy, I usually drink coffee. Sometimes, I eat candies. I also walked a couple of minutes and stretched my arms. In that manner, I will be able to fight my sleepiness. Have a nice day!

just stand up, take a stroll, have a chit chat to friend, thats all its doesnt seem appropriate if u r caught sleeping at office desk(work station). so where are u going to get train and what kind of training c ya

Funny I used to do that a long time ago. I was teaching in an international school and there was a time that I get so sleepy after noontime but I don't have a break. I didn't want to sleep on my desk for fear my superiors would come and check rooms. So what I did was give my students some work and I would sneak into the washroom and doze off for a few minutes while sitting on the throne LOL! Sometimes though I would walk up and down the aisle until I get enough oxygen in my brain or I would drain myself by drinking too much water.
