Nowadys, the price of house are raise quickly.especilly in the big city like Peking,N.Y,Tokyo some international city.
Some consider it as some investment to buy a house, because it will continue raise in the future.some afraid that they may not afford to buy a house in the future,so they apply loan from bank to buy house even it will serious influence their life.
What's your opinion?Do you think it's necessary to buy a house now?

So its quite expensive. But perhaps there are some low priced houses in the area. Here in our place even if we are in the city there are medium priced condominiums offered which are affordable. Perhaps your government is also offering low cost houses/condominium in your place, just logged in to you housing department and there you will find some offerings. Also, there are some private real estate owners who are offering low priced houses/condominiums. Try it.

Yes, it is necessary to buy a house. But if you think you will live with your parents, or in laws, or wife without your own then go on. Me, we have a family house in the province, when we transferred here in the city while studying and working at the same time we are renting a unit for us. But our family home is still in the province Imagine we are paying monthly rentals and the unit not yours in the end. I was able to buy a unit of condominium (not the first class one) thru a loan. It is thru salary deduction and I have to pay three more years so I can have it fully. Its nice to live in your own home. You can do what you want, decorate it, repair it, and its your very own. If you are younger and you are working find ways to buy your own house. It need not be that expensive one

I definitely want to buy a house. For me it's a great investment. I'm actually now in the process of looking at different places that I might consider buying. I want something that I can actually call my own without having to pay rent.

For us buying a house was very important. We were going to be paying almost as much in rent as we would be paying for a mortgage so it just made sense to be paying the money to something that would be outs. Also it is a great investment and there are still some deals to be had out there. If you're willing to put in some time there are great houses that need some extra fixing up. You can also get a great deal if the seller really needs to sell. The people we bought from had already bought another house and didn't want to carry two mortgages so we got a much better deal than we would have gotten if they weren't so desperate to sell.

It is definitely necessary to buy a house if you don't have your own yet. It will be like a secure shelter for you. It will be something like an achievement that you can be proud of. Aside from that, if you keep renting, house prices will keep rising every year. Believe me, we rent out our houses.
