Coffee Shops or Bars?

Which do you prefer? Hangout in coffee shops or in a bar? Coffee or alcohol? Why?

in the morning a coffee bar is "a must go" for me. but in the evening if i decide to go out (even if i drink tee or juice) i go to a bar. i do not like a quiet atmosphere of the coffee shop in the evening i need something, well something jolly :D.
