The best age is 27 and above. As long as you are financially stable, you have stable job, you are prepared enough, then you are ready to get married.
It is necessary to be prepared enough so that you will not regret at the end.

I think the best age to get married is 24, i think about then you pretty much know where your going in life and what you want out of it. Armed with this information its easier then to pick a partner who is going in the same direction as you. Marriage is hard enough without ending up with a partner who is going in a different direction.
