I like to use scrub. I use both face scrub and body scrub. For face scrub I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub. For my body I use California Legs Exfoliating Leg Scrub. I find it works well and also it is biodegradable whihc is good for the environment and my septic system.

St. Ives Apricot Scrub - This is a great prodcut for exfoliating your face. I use it daily and have used it for about 10 years now.
Oh its great product. YOu definitly want to buy it. It's a great price, and an avereage of $4.77 a tube around here, which is really cheap as products like that go. Also St' Ives has recently come out with a whole line of Apricot scrubs, the have Original, Gentle for sensitive skin, Firming with alpha-hydroxy, Blemish and Blackhead Control (this is the one I have right now), and i think there are one or two moe varieties but I can't rememebr what they are called.

hi pinay. I don't use loofah, because I don't liek it. i prefer to put my showergel on my hand. I don't need to use srub often. I have thin and dry skin. My skin is almost always smooth, but I have to put lotion or cream on my skin quite often. From time to time I use a scrub. It could be bought body scrub. But I prefer to scrub my skin with salt. An ordinary salt, I put it on wet skin, and scrub my skin. Than I rinse off my skin. It is really cheap and effective scrub:). have a nice day jazgottt
