how much time u take for getting ready for a party?

hi mates! Yesterday i have to attend a party along with some of my friend. We live in the same hostel. We planned to move at 7pm .One of my friend started to get ready @ about 18hrs. All of my friends gathered at the decided spot at about 7.15pm but he was missing .We waited for him for 5 more minutes when one of my freind checked him he was apllying gel to his hair.Because of him when we reached there we were about 2hrs late. How much time do you take in getting ready,and any particular incident you would like to mention.
