Here at my place, I have couple of my office mates discussing about weak points of others and then passing on comments / suggestions for improvement. Well, that sounds not so good in a sense that possibly somebody may respond in not a polite way:(
Do you think that you can evaluate yourself, your weakness & your strong points? I think everbody is a good judge of itself, isn't it?
How do you think about yourself? Be unbiased:) Thanks!

Maybe those that pass judgement on others is because they don't like who they are? Me i'm a b**ch when i want to be, i have a bad habit of trying to make everyone happy, i'm extremely blunt and don't suffer fools lightly. I'm also very loyal and trustworthy. I say i'm an acquired taste but my true friends are used to me and now know that when I pass judgement on someone else, I will just as easily pass judgement on myself. Nothing I ever say is mean't to be nasty (if it is you will definitely know). I'm also very opinionated, and for the record most of the time i'm really quite happy this way.

Well Friend you are more realistic I guess so :) You have more positive qualities, making your personality a good image and I would agree that nobody can make everyone happy lest he/she would become sad too but this is good to try :) Thanks for a nice response. Be Happy C Ya!

I think i can judge myself well.
I know my weakness and strenghts.
I always try to work on my weaknesses.
May be I am not able to achieve 100%, but i think I know atleast.
Often it is seen that If others are there to judge, then it becomes good.

Let's see...tempermental yet laid back. Funny yet serious. Compassionate, strong-willed, loving, love to cuddle/snuggle, trustworthy both ways.

I would like to comment that "you are looking so cute" :) hehehe I really mean it. I must admit that I can realise my weaknesses and my strong points but this is really matter conceived by others. But frankly, if one has broad mind set he/she can easily detect the hidden attributes of itself.

I think I do understand myself better now that I have gone through many experiences.I can say that they have all contributed to me beign what I am today. And yes,I do judge myself all the time. But I am not necessarily always open to suggestions from others about me because I feel that given the circumstances I have faced in my life,I understand myself better than others do.I feel that I should have done more, but I also understand that I cannot put too much pressure on myself for fulfilling the expectations of others, because then I feel that I lose my individuality.

I do not think that something like this would be very welcome..it is easy to see the faults in others and I agree that this searching light would be better served by placing this desire to better ourselves...
I am my own judge of myself and feel that I am a very strong person with a loving and caring attitude towards others...I always do my best to help others whenever possible...I am a ferious defender of my family and loved ones and feel that this is both a strength and a weakness at times...lol
I think that we are the only person who is capable of making any changes within ourselves and for another to attempt to be judgemental of us is not really helpful in the broad scheme of things...
