In India marriage is a sacred institution and divorce is an activity which is looked down by others. No one wants to divorce for silly reasons like wife/husband is snoring, she wants to keep her earnings herself, guy is a drunkard or having extra marital affair etc. Such things are quite strange and people love to have one wife (one husband) and live for ever, by having hildren, find happiness in their living, in grand children etc. Due to excesss of westernization in India, there could be strange news here and there about divorce.

Yes, my parents are divorce since i am 5 years old and my little brother 1 years old. Me and my brother stay with my mother. We never know my father. Because he re-married again with other woman. He never contact us and never remember our birthday. NEVER. The last time i hear, that he and his new wife took adoption child. When i heard that news, i just laughed. Why? Because he never want to know his own children, but he took other child for adoption ^_^;;

I do not think that, if they are fighting all of the time, it is healthy for themselves or their children to be married. A Divorce may be in order.
However, there are those who truly do love each other. Divorce is out of the question for them. Believe it or not, some people do live like this.
It is always hard when children hear their parents fighting. If the children are young, maybe the parents could send the children with grandma when they are going to fight. Or simply have an amicable arfument, without all of the meanness involved. Learn to discuss, not to fight.
However, if they are really not happy with each other, why prolong the situation. Divorce, and get on with life.
I am glad that my parents got divorced.
