I am a WV boy born and raised in Morgantown (Home of The WVU Mountaineers!) I have been all over this great state and I have fell in love with so many spots. I love my hometown of Morgantown and Milan Puskar Stadium and The Colisium are probably my favorite spots in the whole state b/c I love my Mountys! But as far as scenic I have to give it to Spruce Knob(the highest mountain in the mountain state). What is yours fellow WV travelers and lovers!

My family lives not too far from Morgantown, they live in West Milford in Lost Creek.

I'm also from West Virginia. Just posted something about it being confused with Virginia all the time.
I have also been all over the state. I love Blackwater Falls, Cheat Lake, Cooper's Rock, Seneca Rocks, New River Gorge Bridge. I've been on top of Spruce Knob.
My parents are buried in Morgantown. My oldest brother graduated from WVU.
I was born in Gypsy, WV near Clarksburg. My husband was born in Shinnston. I graduated from Monongah High School quite a few years ago.

I grew up in WV my first 8 years of my life. It is a very beautiful place. I came up in Iaeger and Welch. I am a fan of the Mountaineers. Most of my family lives there. I would have to say though that my favorite place is Blue Bend. It is a camp ground that I visit all the time. It is beautiful and way up on the mountain. I will also agree with you that Spruce Knob is a wonderful place as well.
