Anyone who knows about ptcrate??

I just came across this site which says $250 payout and even shows some payment proof, there is a 1% fee for paypal payout, but the sites to click are valued around $0.2 which can make up to $4 in a day. Is there anyone who trust it and got paid or heard that they really pay??

I have seen it on the site, It should be given a try we will know, or we have to wait to see the others doing.
