sachin was made the test caption, Is it a right decision?

My Favourite batsmen is Sachin. I love his style of cricket. But as a Captain, anyone who appointed will have a heavy pressure on his shoulder. So, he will lose his concentration on his play. The one exceptional person is "Dravid". From the past history, Indian Captains will fail to perform in their game due to pressure. So Sachin is not the right person for captaincy.

many people think sachin is very self centric but all i have to say that he was born on a wrong time and played for the wrong team.He played in a time(1990's)when india had just one player and 10 jokers in the team.If people aren't convinced i request them to drop the mail ids here.i will send some facts on sachin which will shut his critics sachin is god!cricket is my religion!.

I do not think he has the capacity or the techniques to lead the team. He is highly individualistic player, self centered and interested in making records. Yuvraj sould have been given the captaincy.

i dont think its bad idea if it doent hamper his batting.he has got enough experience to lead india and it removes a little pressure on dhoni..its true that he has failed in the past but its totally new atmosphere and situation now.it 90's we relied on only sachin to play but now each batsman has got the maturity and responsibility to play their part.sachin in as important asset to the team and i am proud that he plays for india. i am sure that he will lead the team to victory
