Do you prefer paper or monitor screen?

With the technology of computer and internet, we can do almost everything using computer. We start to leave our paper and pen aside while we use computer since computer also can act as a pen and paper to let us to express our ideas on it. Somehow, is it effective to face the words on the screen or on the paper. I have read a lot of research that done by someone on the net. They claim that reading from paper is more effective that you read from screen. No matter how, I still did not believe this fact. I am trying to read from screen. After a while, I find out that it is very hard for me recall what I have read from the screen. But reading from paper have more physical feel compare with the reading from screen since we can touch the paper and write on the paper. When we read from the paper, we will exercise more of our human sensor if compare of reading from screen. So reading from paper is more effective compare to reading from screen.
